Arizona's Premier Family Law Firm

At Ariano & Reppucc, PLLC we understand that often retaining an attorney comes down to the amount of fees involved for representation. That is why, unlike other law firms we have provided the following information so that prospective and current clients can have a better understanding of fees for specific services rendered. We strive to provide our clients the lowest, discounted, cheapest fees possible. Although fees for our services are discounted, affordable, and cheap, we strive to provide the best possible legal representation. Our discount divorce, discount child custody, discount child support, and discount modification services are unparalleled. In addition to the information provided in this page, please visit our our discounted fees site.

I.    FEES

A. Consultation Fees: The firm will provide the first half hour (30 minutes) for free. If additional time is needed, then the firm will charge a fee of $50.00 per additional half hour (30 minutes).

B. Flat Fees: Many services at our firm can be retained on a "flat fee" basis. Meaning, that instead of paying an hourly fee and having those amounts reduced monthly from your billing statement, we will estimate the amount of time your matter will take and charge you a low, discounted one time fee for the services provided. These fees can vary, but often range from $250.00 - $2,000.00. Many times, prospective clients seek our representation on a flat fee basis for preparation of legal documents, individual hearings, settlement negotiation, and orders of protection. For more information on the types of documents our firm can prepare on your behalf, visit our "Document Preparation" page.

C. Retainer: Unlike many family law firms in the area, our firm will not charge a large retainer to engage our services. If your case or matter is one that our firm Can't possibly take on a flat fee basis, then you will be asked to provide a retainer, or "advanced deposit" between $1,500.00 - $5,000.00. The firm will then charge at its usual hourly rate (between $110.00-$200.00) per hour. Generally, if representation is sought from commencement of your action a retainer will be required. However, for some child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance matters a retainer will not be required. At the end of each month you will receive a detailed billing statement reflecting all time expended that month on your case. After you have had an opportunity to review your bill, the firm will transfer the then now "earned" fees from our trust account into our operating account. Once your initial deposit becomes less than $500.00, the firm will promptly notify you and ask that the initial deposit be replenished. Any advanced fees remaining in our trust account following your final billing statement will be promptly returned to you.

II.    REPRESENTATION OPTIONS

Pay as you go: With this option, as the client, in order to minimize attorney fees, you will represent yourself, but will have the option to use our firms experienced family law attorneys to assist them throughout the process at a reduced hourly rate. Under this option, the firm will not go to court with you, but we will be there to provide the best options for you. This option may also include simple preparation of family court documents and/or pleadings on your behalf. Generally payment for these types of services will be rendered on a flat fee basis. This unique option is good for people seeking cheap divorce, cheap child custody, cheap child support, and cheap modification services.

Limited Scope: This option generally allows for a flat fee payment between the client and firm as the firm will represent you at specific court hearings and/or other matters negotiated by written and signed agreement. This unique option is good for people seeking cheap divorce, cheap child custody, cheap child support, and cheap modification services.

Retainer / Full Representation: Under this option, the firm will act on your behalf for all matters, both in and out of court. This option generally requires a retainer / advanced deposit agreement be entered between client and firm. This "standard" option is good for those people seeking full, but discounted divorce, discounted child custody, discounted child support, and discounted modification services.
